  • Recruiting & Unterstützung bei Vorstellungsgesprächen
  • Vorbereitung von Arbeitsverträgen & Durchführung von Unterweisungen
  • Wichtiger Ansprechpartner für unsere internationalen Arbeitskräfte
  • Tatkräftiger Support des HR-Teams bei allen täglichen Anliegen
  • 💼 Das bringst du mit:
  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Fließendes Deutsch sowie Kenntnisse in mindestens einer slawischen Sprache (z. B. Polnisch, Ukrainisch, Russisch, Tschechisch, Bulgarisch)
  • Sicheren Umgang mit MS Office
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Diskretion und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
