Mit diesem Hydroforming-Verfahren beliefern wir weltweit namhafte Kunden unter anderem aus den Bereichen der Luftfahrtindustrie, Medizintechnik, Automobilindustrie und Elektromobilität. Dabei bieten wir unseren Kunden mit Prototypen, Serienbauteilen und Hydroforming-Maschinen ein breites Portfolio an Produkten aus dem Bereich Hydroforming an. Aufgaben

  • Programmierung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von SPS-Steuerungen für unsere Hydroforming-Anlagen
  • Weiterentwicklung der Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten des FormBalancers
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Maschinenentwicklungsprojekten zur Erweiterung des Produktportfolios
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen hinsichtlich Anlagenverfügbarkeit, Produktqualität und Energieeffizienz
  • Erstellen der Visualisierung/Bedienoberfläche und Softwaredokumentation

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung aus dem Bereich der Elektrotechnik / Automatisierungstechnik / Mechatronik
  • (Ingenieur:in / Techniker:in / Mechatroniker:in)
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit TwinCAT, TIA Portal, Codesys oder anderen SPS-Umgebungen von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in der Schaltplanerstellung von Vorteil
  • Interesse an Maschinenbau und Automatisierungstechnik
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
