## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbständige Projektierung von Anlagen und Maschinen
  • Programmierung und Entwicklung der SPS-Software inkl. Sicherheitssteuerungen (Siemens Simatic S7 & TIA-Portal) unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen Maschinenrichtlinien
  • Programmierung und Entwicklung von Siemens Visualisierungssystemen ( TIA-Portal, Datenbanken und Scriptprogrammierung)
  • Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen und Anlagen im Werk Sontra
  • Erstellung und Durchführung von Kundenschulungen
  • Realisierung von übergeordneten Anlagenvernetzungen (Ethernet; BDE-Erfassung, Barcodeverarbeitung)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Abteilungen hinsichtlich einer durchgängigen und einheitlichen Planung von Projekten und Aufträgen
  • Kundenservice über Remote oder vor Ort

## Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium als Dipl.-Ingenieur Elektrotechnik/Automatisierungstechnik oder adäquate entsprechende Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau / Sondermaschinenbau
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung von Maschinen- und Anlagensteuerungen inkl. Sicherheitstechnik, Antriebstechnik und Robotik
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Programmierung von SPS- und Visualisierungssystemen (Siemens S7 und TIA-Portal)
  • Kenntnisse in Datenbanken (SQL) und in der Hochsprachenprogrammierung VBS, C und SCL
  • Kenntnisse der Feldbussysteme Profinet und Profibus
  • Kenntnisse in der Antriebs- und Umrichtertechnik SEW und Siemens
  • Kenntnisse in der Roboterprogrammierung ABB/ KUKA/ Yaskawa sind wünschenswert.
  • Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft international
