Die Hirotec Manufacturing Deutschland GmbH ist der erste produzierende Standort der japanischen Hirotec Group auf dem europäischen Kontinent. Mit rund 200 Mitarbeitern fertigen wir in Geiselhöring als Tier 1-Lieferant Karosserieteile für namhafte OEMs.

Wir suchen für unseren neuen und topmodernen Standort in Geiselhöring zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

SPS PROGRAMMIERER (M/W/D)

Aufgaben

  • Instandhaltung und Wartung der vollautomatisierten Fertigungsanlagen mit Industrierobotern sowie Pressen
  • Durchführung von Programmpflegearbeiten und vorbeugende Wartung
  • Optimierung der Roboter- und Steuerungsprogramme durch SPS
  • Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Anlagen, Maschinen und Betriebsmitteln
  • Fehlersuche und Behebung von Störungen an den zu betreuenden Anlagen sowie die Behebung von Störungen im Produktionsprozess

Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektronik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Abschluss zum Meister (m/w/d) oder Techniker (m/w/d) von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Maschinen und mit vernetzten automatisierten Fertigungslinien
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Roboter- und/oder SPS- Programmierung
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Integrationsfähigkeit in eine von respektvollem, aufrichtigem und proaktivem Verhalten geprägte Unternehmenskultur
