  • Reinigen von Geschirr, Töpfen, Pfannen und Behältern mit den Spülmaschinen der Spülstraße
  • Sauberkeit und Ordnung des gesamten Küchenbereichs
  • Führen von Putz- und Temperaturlisten in der Küchenabteilung – Einhaltung der HACCP-Standards
  • Verantwortung für die Durchführung der täglichen Rückstellungsproben des gekochten Essens
  • Annahme und Kontrolle der bestellten Waren sowie das korrekte Verräumen unter Einhaltung der FIFO- und HACCP-Standards
  • Zuarbeiten und Unterstützung der Köche und Küchenhilfen in der kalten und warmen Küche
  • Berufserfahrung im Hotelfach oder in der Gastronomie
  • Selbständige und systematische Arbeitsweise sowie ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
  • Hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Gesundheitszeugnis / polizeiliches Führungszeugnis
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. Niveau B1)
