 This position is responsible for leading the implementation of new or updating of existing business systems and processes in order to drive improvements across multiple business teams within Revenue Operations. In order to achieve this, the Sr. Systems Analyst will lead the coordination of multiple stakeholders through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process including IT, external vendors and business teammates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Analysis & Technical:
Produces detailed system documentation including requirements, process flows, communications, use cases & user stories
Recommends to others how to best visualize process flows across multiple systems or businesses; makes recommendations & synthesizes takeaways that connect to broader business objectives
Leads the development of requirements by collaborating with business leaders & translating business needs into requirements across multiple business systems or processes.
Performs complex analysis related to a system (ex. Assessing value or ROI of a change, sizing for fixed and funded programs)
Demonstrates understanding across a larger scope of business systems (multiple systems, multiple businesses using a system, multiple processes) including how data capture & processes across systems are interrelated.
Assists other TMs in their understanding & continuously learns new system capabilities & recommends how to leverage them.
Independently produces & distributes recurring reports related to a business system or process utilizing proficiency in tools such as Excel and SQL
Understands how to pull data from a business system & knows where/who to go to for other needed data
2. Problem Solving:
Solves complex problems related to systems or processes by outlining drivers & forming a robust approach to solving
Proactively raises awareness for how issues or changes impact broader projects or other work streams (systems impact, budget, timeline, etc); understands how their work fits into and impacts the business more broadly
Business lead for IT communication & facilitates User Acceptance Testing and production validation, including writing & executing on test cases. Guides other teammates in UAT & test case creation. Helps to QC others & resolve issues in others work
Identifies ways to prevent further system issues through automation.
3. Project & Stakeholder management:
Effectively leads working sessions & facilitates interactions between business teams and IT (ex. Requirement review sessions, project status meetings & post-deployment feedback sessions)
Directs & executes on next steps to progress a broader project or larger scope of work; identifies & recommends new opportunities to improve existing processes
Expert in understanding the Software Development Life Cycle and leads business teams in progressing through the process
Uses expertise in tools such as JIRA, Confluence or Smartsheets to develop and improve systems for documentation; helps others in adhering to documentation standards
Prioritizes time according to value & business need
Builds collaborative relationships with all stakeholders
4. Mentorship:
Provides direction and helps with others’ work; viewed as a mentor and expert across the team
5. Other duties as assigned.

 This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Salary Range for the role is $85,000.00 - $118,000.00 per year.
 
If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

Washington Exempt: $80,168.40/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour, Burien: $21.71/hour, Everette: $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour, Renton: $21.57/hour, Seattle: $21.30/hour, Tukwila: $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hour For location-specific minimum wage details, see the following link: DaVita.jobs/WageRates
