Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Warehouse Financial Performance to join our Logistics Finance team in Mexico City.
In this role, you will act as a strategic finance partner to Warehouse Operations, Logistics Procurement, and FP&A. You will transform operational information into meaningful financial insights, provide visibility into warehouse costs, identify risks and opportunities, and support productivity and cost-efficiency initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Track and report warehouse financial KPIs, translating operational metrics such as throughput, capacity utilization, labor, and third-party logistics costs into financial impact.
- Monitor warehouse cost performance and identify variances, anomalies, and potential overruns against the Latest Estimate and Annual Operating Plan.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and financial visibility tools that enable timely and data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with Warehouse Operations, Logistics Procurement, and FP&A teams to review performance and develop corrective action plans.
- Provide clear explanations of cost variances, operational drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Identify operational pain points with financial implications and quantify their potential cost impact.
- Calculate, validate, and track productivity savings generated by warehouse initiatives.
- Monitor financial action plans and follow up on open items, commitments, and expected benefits.
- Support contract negotiations and renewals by preparing cost analyses, financial scenarios, and business insights.
- Provide financial and operational inputs during month-end close and monthly forecasting processes.
- Validate that operational results and cost drivers are accurately reflected in financial models and reports.
- Promote the adoption of Finance Intelligence, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
- Support finance transformation projects by documenting workflows, testing solutions, and validating automated outputs.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate recurring financial processes.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, Logistics Finance, Operations Finance, Cost Analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Experience partnering with operations, supply chain, logistics, procurement, or warehouse teams.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost management, and management reporting.
- Experience developing dashboards, monitoring KPIs, and transforming data into actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of SAP, ERP platforms, or financial planning systems is preferred.
- Understanding of warehouse and logistics metrics, such as throughput, utilization, labor, productivity, and 3PL costs.
- Experience with productivity, savings, automation, or process improvement initiatives is preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
