We are looking for a Sr. Associate of Marketing Technology & Automation to support the technology, data, automation, and technical execution capabilities that power our customer lifecycle marketing strategy. In close partnership with the Lifecycle Marketing team, you will help translate marketing strategies and campaign requirements into scalable, technically sound solutions across our marketing technology ecosystem.

You’ll work closely with the Manager of Marketing Technology & Automation in a highly hands-on, technical role focused on building, maintaining, validating, and troubleshooting lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and push throughout the customer lifecycle, including leads and activation, retention and loyalty, and re-engagement and winback.

The ideal candidate combines strong marketing automation and tactical execution skills with a deep interest in marketing technology, data, and automation. You are highly detail-oriented and operationally disciplined, comfortable working in marketing technology platforms and thrive on solving technical and executional challenges. You will serve as a technical subject-matter resource for Lifecycle Marketing, helping marketers bring campaigns to life through data, technology, automation, and scalable platform solutions.

Build, edit, and maintain highly dynamic email templates, content modules, and assets using HTML & CSS, as well as AMPscript conditional logic, fallback handling, personalization, loops, and lookups.

Troubleshoot ESP campaign setup and execution issues, escalating more complex technology or data issues as needed.

Data & Audience Operations

Execute day-to-day activities within the CDP to ESP pipeline, including audience creation & segmentation, flow creation, scheduling, testing, and deployment.

Partner with the Lifecycle Marketing team to leverage CDP capabilities with customer data to support targeting, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies within the ESP.

Support the ongoing maintenance of segmentation, flows, and other operational assets.

Document technical processes, campaign architecture, platform best practices, and operational workflows to improve team scalability and knowledge sharing.

Technical Quality Assurance & Campaign Validation

Own technical QA for lifecycle marketing campaigns, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud pre-send validation, audience validation, render testing, link testing, personalization checks, automation testing, and journey verification.

Test and validate triggered communications, customer journeys, automations, and cross-channel campaign experiences prior to launch.

Investigate unexpected campaign behavior, data discrepancies, automation failures, and other technical issues, partnering with Data or other teams as needed.

Establish and maintain operational QA processes and best practices that improve campaign accuracy, reliability, and scalability.

Provide technical guidance and support to Lifecycle Marketing throughout campaign development and execution.

Provide cross-functional support for external stakeholder teams leveraging SFMC, reporting requests, and platform administration.
