Job Role

Support and operate the bank’s enterprise market data platforms and vendor feeds to ensure stable, resilient, and compliant delivery of real-time and reference data to trading and business applications across cloud and on-premises environments.

Responsibilities

• •Provide L1/L2 operational support for enterprise market data platforms (e.g. LSEG RTDS, Bloomberg B-pipe, exchange feeds) across AWS and on-premises infrastructure.
• •Proactively monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate recovery to meet availability targets.
• •Act as the primary liaison with vendors and exchanges for production incidents, data queries, and technical changes.
• •Plan and execute production activities including upgrades, migrations, failover testing, and resilience enhancements.
• •Support onboarding of new applications and data services, ensuring alignment with architecture and governance standards.
• •Collaborate with Market Data Admin and Commercial teams on entitlement, usage reviews, and audit requests.
• •Maintain operational documentation and continuously improve monitoring and automation capabilities.

Requirements:

• •Hands-on experience supporting market data platforms such as LSEG RTDS, Bloomberg B-pipe, or direct exchange feeds.
• •Solid understanding of real-time data distribution, symbology, and entitlement models (e.g. DACS, EMRS).
• •Experience supporting mission critical production systems with high availability requirements.
• •Familiarity with Linus/Unix environments and scripting (Python/Bash/PowerShell).
• •Exposure to AWS or hybrid cloud environments is advantageous.
• •Working knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
• •Experience with monitoring and automation tools is preferred.
• •Any experience with Trader Voice and Voice Recording (IPC, NTR, VFC) would be advantageous.
• •Any experience with remote Windows desktop solutions would be useful.
