Responsibilities

• •Develop and implement strategic, financial, and regulatory governance frameworks for the Consumer Banking Group
• •Act as primary liaison between the Finance BUC, digibank tech and business/product owners.
• •Ensure the delivery of digital journeys is aligned with the bank’s overall strategy.
• •Ensure digibank features are delivered on time with the expected quality.
• •Ensure and oversee projects in accordance with proper governance and cost management.
• •Monitor project costs and ensure proper project governance.
• •Monitor key data to ensure digibank stays competitive in the digital banking market
• •Communicate product/feature launch via e-mail, push notifications, and other available channels by working with the marketing, data chapter, and business teams.
• •Track and gather data or documents for regulatory requests while ensuring the implementation of any new regulations with timeliness
• •Track and gather data or documents required for audit purposes
• •Supporting customer adoption towards digital platform

Requirements

• •Have experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• •Strong understanding of financial regulations, governance frameworks, and risk management principles
• •Proficient in data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• •Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• •Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
