Job Summary

This position is responsible for leading business analysis, ensuring alignment and integration across functional areas in support of divisional strategies, and ensuring consistency and efficiency of major, complex, and strategic cross-divisional and enterprise-wide projects and initiatives from inception to completion. Provides oversight and coordination of project teams, resources, and budgets to implement projects or initiatives according to dynamic and critical timelines. Interacts with all levels of management, including senior leadership. Supports the prioritization of transformational program activities, tracks progress toward goals, and drives successful business outcomes through strategic analysis and operational execution.

  • Required Job Qualifications:
  • * Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience OR 9 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, business operations or relevant health care industry experience
  • * 3 years of experience leading with large and complex multi-million dollar projects.
  • * Experience communicating with senior management from multiple divisions.
  • * Experience developing and delivering presentations.
  • * Strong problem-solving, issue resolution and decision making skills.
  • * Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends
  • * Experience interpreting business and financial information to support decision-making.
  • * Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • * Excellent verbal and written communications skills including establishing cross-functional working relationships, facilitating discussions, and building collaborative team environments.
  • * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • * Experience managing multiple complex projects successfully.
  • * Detail oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
  • * PC proficiency to include MS Office products

* Experience analyzing business requirements, identifying gaps, dependencies, risks, and downstream impacts, and working with stakeholders to drive clarification and resolution.

  • Preferred Required Job Qualifications:
  • * Health insurance or healthcare industry experience with emphasis on Product, Sales, Enrollment, Membership, or Provider operations.

* Proven strategic thinking with a demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution.

* Ability to drive decisions, create optionality, evaluate tradeoffs, and determine impacts of various solution approaches.

* Knowledge of Facets and other CCR applications, including the ability to assess impacts across multiple business functions, systems, and operational processes.

* Knowledge of provider operations and provider data management, including provider setup, maintenance, network participation, terminations, and related downstream impacts.

* Experience performing end-to-end impact analysis across business processes, operational workflows, data, and technology platforms.

* Experience using SQL and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) to query, validate, reconcile, and analyze data in support of business analysis, issue resolution, and testing activities.

* Understanding of healthcare data flows, system integrations, and dependencies across enterprise applications.

* Basic understanding of AWS services, including S3 and Lambda concepts, to support analysis of integrations, data movement, and operational support activities.

* Experience partnering with business and technology teams to define requirements, validate solutions, and ensure successful implementation outcomes.

* Experience evaluating current-state business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement, simplification, automation, and operational efficiency.

* Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives involving process redesign, system modernization, or operational improvement efforts.

* Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

* Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, requirements sessions, and cross-functional decision-making discussions.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.

Base Pay Range

$69,800.00 - $125,900.00
