ABOUT THIS ROLE:

The Investment Banking, Research, Marketing & Corporate Access Technology team is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst. This role has a focus on delivering technology solutions for Marketing & Corporate Access Technology as a whole.

As a member of this team, you will lead onboardings of new technology, own and manage ongoing changes to existing technology, and lead strategic initiatives that deliver solutions for our business partners.

The Business Systems Analysis function covers a mandate that includes (but isn't limited to) proposing technical systems to accomplish business requirements across Marketing & Corporate Access Technology. These experts build relationships with business partners and other groups of diverse subject matter experts and stakeholders (both internal and external) to:

• •Plan + Elicit + Analyze + Document + Communicate + Manage system requirements
• •Assess client needs and recommend the right technology
• •Own operational and process-related analysis and delivery
• •Develop strong relationships with business and across internal stakeholder groups

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• •Lead technology initiatives and onboardings for industry best technology solutions - working with many different internal stakeholder groups to ensure the technologies are assessed and meet TD standards.
• •Own and manage changes to existing technology applications within the Marketing & Corporate Access Technology portfolio - these changes could range from minor configuration changes to major upgrade/migration changes.
• •Define & document requirements, perform data/system/impact analysis, develop test plans and lead and/or execute User Acceptance Testing with business partners.
• •Lead engagement with technology partners (e.g. Solution Designers and Architects) to research and analyze current state system capabilities and define technology solutions options and recommendations.
• •Keep management informed of projects progress and potential risks with clear and concise recommendation on risk mitigation.
• •Lead process change efforts by working in collaboration with upstream and downstream stakeholders to detail current state and desired state end-to-end processes.
• •Apply an understanding of business analysis, data and process mapping, quality assurance, project delivery practices and standards across the project delivery lifecycle.
• •Lead discussions with stakeholders to determine solutions, assess impact to existing work processes and systems, and define the approach for integrations.
• •Continuously enhance knowledge/expertise in own area and keep current with leading-edge technologies trends/developments and develop expertise in TD services, applications, infrastructure, analytical tools and techniques that can contribute to effective solution development/delivery.
• •Continuously enhance knowledge of business domains and their products/services.
• •Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and lead problem resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS: Share your credentials, but your relevant experience and knowledge can be just as likely to get our attention. It helps if you have:

• •Undergraduate degree or technical certificate. Business/Technology focused preferred.
• •5-7 years relevant experience.
• •SDLC / Agile methodology experience.
• •Experience with owning, managing and working with SaaS applications.
• •Excellent communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. Ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
• •Team focused with a collaborative mindset - ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and build strong internal partnerships.
• •Knowledge and understanding of investment banking, technology trends, industry best practices, and the intersection between finance and technology.
• •Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing market conditions and business priorities all while still maintaining a high degree of partner satisfaction ("white glove service") and timely execution.
• •Understanding of AI Infrastructure is an asset.
