  • Design, coordinate, and deliver program training for client leadership, branch personnel, and sales teams, including train-the-trainer sessions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and communicate program performance, compliance, and key business metrics.
  • Partner with client leadership to develop and execute strategic action plans that support sales, penetration, retention, and customer experience goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on program optimization, channel development, and growth opportunities.
  • Present program results, business insights, market trends, and recommended actions to client and Assurant leadership.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales, marketing, training, and operational initiatives, including ROI analysis and recommendations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Assurant and the assigned client within the relevant markets and areas of responsibility.
  • Support the planning and execution of sales campaigns, promotions, recognition programs, and incentive initiatives.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify emerging trends, risks, and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal and client partners to resolve operational, service, and customer experience challenges.
  • Manage multiple priorities, projects, and initiatives with sound judgment and limited supervision.
  • Lead or participate in special projects and other business initiatives as assigned.
