Sr Data Analyst

The Senior Data Analyst turns complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business outcomes. In this role, you will develop scalable analytics assets, and promote the advancement of analytics across our organization. You will independently partner with executive stakeholders on challenging data problems, support BI infrastructure, develop scalable data assets, and conduct exploratory analyses that create new value.

The primary tools used in this role are Databricks, SQL, R, Power BI, and related Microsoft Fabric capabilities.

Remote hires will be required to travel to our headquarters in Ankeny, IA (company paid) on their first day for orientation.

Salary range: $85,000-90,000 plus 10% bonus
