The role will support Ecommerce Operations budgeting and analytics, Global Distribution & Logistics Capex monitoring, and the continued transformation of our reporting from manual processes into scalable Power BI solutions. You'll partner closely with finance, accounting, and cross-functional teams across our global organization.

About the Job

  • Develop and analyse Ecommerce Operations KPIs, identifying key performance and cost drivers and helping scale reporting across markets.
  • Monitor Global D&L Capex spending, consolidating forecasts and supporting analysis of investment and cost-efficiency opportunities.
  • Build, update and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, helping automate and improve existing reporting processes.
  • Troubleshoot and enhance existing reports and underlying data models.
  • Use AI tools to drive efficiency and automation across reporting, analysis and planning workflows.
  • Take on ad hoc analysis and solve business questions where the answer or approach may not always be immediately clear.

About You

  • Hands-on experience in FP&A, financial reporting, operational finance or business analytics, with exposure to BI/reporting
  • Experience working with financial and operational data, ideally including budget management, forecasting and month/quarter-end close
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools, DAX and Power Query, plus a solid understanding of relational databases
  • A track record of turning manual, Excel-based reporting into scalable, automated BI solutions
  • Comfort using AI tools such as Copilot to support coding, automation or analysis
  • Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills, with the determination to investigate problems and find practical solutions
  • Curious, eager to learn and always looking for ways to improve how things work
  • A collaborative team player who can communicate findings and solutions clearly
  • A degree in Finance, Data Science, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal English

Additional experience that would be a plus:

  • Experience in FMCG, eCommerce, logistics or similar operational environments
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and other BI/reporting tools
  • Experience in consulting or another highly analytical environment
