Designation - Sr Dot Net Developer

Experience - 5 + years in Dot net core

Location - Gurgaon, Haryana

What You'll Do

• •Design, build, and maintain backend services using .NET Core / C# , following clean architecture principles (domain/application/infrastructure/API layering)
• •Write and optimize PostgreSQL queries, stored procedures, and schema designs across a multi-schema database architecture
• •Collaborate on or directly build frontend features in React or Angular (Angular 18 experience is a plus)
• •Lead a small team of developers and QA engineers — assign work, review pull requests, run standups, and ensure sprint commitments are met
• •Own technical decisions for your area: API design, data modeling, performance, and code quality standards
• •Coordinate with QA to ensure test coverage and release readiness; help define test strategy where needed
• •Troubleshoot production issues and guide root-cause analysis across the stack
• •Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical documentation
• •Mentor junior developers and help them grow technically

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

• •6+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Core / C# backend development
• •Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL (query optimization, stored procedures, schema design); Npgsql experience is a plus
• •Practical experience with React or Angular (component design, state management, API integration)
• •1+ years leading or mentoring a small team (formal or informal) — reviewing code, guiding juniors, owning delivery
• •Solid understanding of REST API design, authentication/authorization patterns, and clean architecture
• •Comfortable working across the full stack when needed — this isn't a purely backend or purely managerial role

Good to Have

• •Experience with multi-tenant or multi-schema database architectures
• •Exposure to payroll, HRMS, or other compliance-heavy domain systems (Indian statutory compliance a plus)
• •Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments
• •Prior experience in a staffing, HR-tech, or SaaS product company

What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months

• •You've taken ownership of at least one module end-to-end (backend + coordination with frontend/QA)
• •Your team's PRs are reviewed on time, and code quality/consistency has visibly improved
• •You've contributed to at least one architectural or performance improvement
• •You're a go-to person for troubleshooting production issues in your area
