Job description

• •Develop & operate scalable backend services to support endpoint security and peripheral use cases on public clouds (AWS, Azure, …etc)
• •Design & implement ways to measure and validate the quality of customer experience we deliver
• •Analyze & resolve customer problems by listening to data and customer feedbacks

Required skills

• •2+ years of backend development and operation experience on public clouds (AWS, Azure, …etc)
• •Experience in event driven architecture
• •Experienced in leveraging container technology and cluster management tools (Docker, Kubernetes, …etc)
• •Experienced in RDBMS or NoSQL data stores (MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, …etc)
• •Experience in Go language and Python

Nice to have skills

• •Experience in data analytics is a big plus
• •Experience in automation test development is a big plus
• •Experience in managed services on public clouds (Aurora MySQL, EKS, AKS, MSK and ADX, …etc)

Personality

• •Good English communication skill and proactive mindset in global team collaboration
• •Strong analytic thinking and problem solving skills; dare to fail but make sure we learn from experience.
• •Preference of autonomy; able to make decision and take accountability for customer success instead of waiting for instructions
