• •Drive Auto Sales Growth by proactively generating and funded auto business to achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
• •Leverage existing client networks to expand market share within the bank’s target customer segments
• •Expand strategic business roadmaps to drive growth market share and penetration across BCS segments for PFS product (In-house referral)
• •Client Acquisition - Identify, approach, and convert high-potential clients through strong personal connections and referral network(Dealer)
• •Drive strategic performance to achieve auto business goal. Serve as the main contact point for client (customer) and partners (Cars Dealer), ensuring high levels of responsiveness, service excellence, and trust.
• •Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes, providing feedback to management for timely action.
• •Collaboration - work closely with internal teams (e.g., Branch, Wealth, Retail, and Business Banking) to capture bundled business opportunities.
• •Cross-Selling to ensure smooth coordination with credit, operations, and support teams to deliver superior client experience.
