SR. FACTORY REPAIR REPRESENTATIVE (F/M/D)

We are looking for you as Sr. Factory Repair Representative (f/m/d) at our Estenfeld (near Würzburg) site to strengthen our international Clario team!

WHAT YOU´LL BE DOING

  • Timely and efficient repair of devices sent in by customers
  • Inspection of the devices according to the final test documentation during the repair process
  • Documenting repairs within ERP Systems
  • Bookings within ERP Systems and organized Repair Stock handling
  • Being responsible for production quality
  • Troubleshooting of incoming device repairs
  • Being part Material Review Board Meetings on regular basis
  • Working under defined conditions and described procedures (SOPs)
  • Making the necessary adjustments/settings to repair a product within its specifications, incl. battery replacements
  • Keeping the working environment clean and structured

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Experience with mechanical and electrical components and methods.
  • Experience with assembly tools, measuring devices and other related instruments
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Fluent proficiency in English
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment; with an ability to work independently, and cross-functionally as needed
  • Must be dependable with strong follow through and minimal direction
  • Basic MS-Office knowledge
