Ecolab is seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic finance activities across multiple business units and enterprise initiatives. This role will serve as a key business partner to finance leadership, providing financial planning, forecasting, CAPEX governance, reporting, and decision support for both ongoing operations and high-impact strategic projects.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial and accounting acumen with analytical thinking, business partnership skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

What You Will Do:

Capital Expenditure Management

  • Own CAPEX forecasting, planning, tracking, and reporting processes.
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate capital investment requests and develop business cases.
  • Monitor project spend against approved budgets and identify potential overspend risks.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate capitalization policies and governance requirements.
  • Analyze depreciation and asset impacts associated with new investments.

Strategic Finance & Business Partnering

  • Conduct scenario modeling and financial impact analysis to support executive decision-making.
  • Partner with commercial, operations, digital, accounting, and FP&A teams on cross-functional projects.
  • Provide financial guidance and recommendations to business stakeholders.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and enhance executive dashboards, management reporting packages, and KPI reporting.
  • Create presentations and leadership materials for senior management and executive reviews.
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization, and process enhancements.

Location Details:

  • This position will be located in Greensboro, NC on a hybrid work schedule
  • Candidate must reside within a commutable distance of Greensboro, NC

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 5 years of progressive finance, FP&A, accounting, or strategic finance experience
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

  • The pay range for this position is $85,900.00 - $128,900.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
