Sr. Gen AI & Full Stack Solutions Engineer - Goa

We are seeking a skilled Senior Gen AI & Full Stack Solutions Engineer to design and implement intelligent, scalable, and efficient software systems. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between traditional full stack engineering and modern Generative AI applications — leading solution design, ensuring high code quality, and mentoring the development team toward excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• •AI Integration: Design and build AI-driven applications using Generative AI frameworks ( either OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.).
• •Full Stack Solutions: Develop robust web solutions using React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB, with strong architectural clarity.
• •System Design: Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems integrating AI and data-driven logic.
• •Innovation & Research: Explore new AI tools and frameworks, proposing strategic adoption aligned with business goals.
• •Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, QA, and Design) to deliver seamless solutions.
• •Leadership: perform code reviews, and ensure engineering best practices are followed.

Required Qualifications

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• •Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB, including architectural-level understanding.
• •Experience with Generative AI APIs (atleast OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, etc.) and frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• •Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript. will be added advantagePreferred Skills
• •Experience building AI agents, chatbots, or automation systems.
• •Familiarity with vector databases, semantic search, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) will be added advantage.
• •Contributions to open-source or AI research projects are a plus.Soft Skills

Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 1 years in AI-driven projects.
