Partner with Clinical and Medical Affairs to prioritize data generation, publications, and conference activity that accelerate adoption.
Ensure scientific dissemination supports guideline influence, protocol change, and customer confidence.
Leverage evidence to support enterprise buying decisions and long‑term portfolio growth.
Cross‑Functional Leadership & Team Enablement
Lead cross‑functional execution across R&D, Clinical, Sales, CX, Operations, and Regional Marketing.
Serve as the portfolio business representative to R&D, shaping development priorities and launch readiness.
Cascade strategy into clear roles, milestones, and measurable outcomes across global teams.
