Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Backend & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in Golang to build scalable cloud infrastructure, production-grade microservices, and distributed systems.

Job Location - Base location would be Jaipur, work location would be Client Location - Gurugram /Noida

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain production-grade microservices using Golang.
Build cloud infrastructure services, including:
Kubernetes-as-a-Service (KaaS)
Bare Metal-as-a-Service (BMaaS)
Network-as-a-Service (NaaS)
NAT Gateway-as-a-Service

Design and implement highly available, scalable, and reliable distributed systems.
Develop service-to-service communication APIs using gRPC and Protobuf.
Build backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI, wherever required.
Work with MongoDB for distributed data storage and management.
Integrate backend services with Kubernetes, compute, networking, and infrastructure layers.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance, reliability, and production issues.
Contribute to infrastructure automation, system optimization, and operational reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in backend development or software engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with Golang.
Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with gRPC and Protobuf.
Experience working with MongoDB.
Good understanding of Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.
Experience with Python and FastAPI.
Understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals.
Experience building scalable, reliable, and production-ready systems.

Good to Have

Experience with AWS, OpenStack, or similar cloud platforms.
Experience developing Kubernetes operators and controllers.
Knowledge of bare-metal provisioning and infrastructure management.
Understanding of networking concepts such as VPC, routing, NAT, DNS, VLAN, and VXLAN.
Experience with infrastructure automation, monitoring, and observability.
