About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of abcoffee stores across locations. The role will own the journey from concept development to site execution , ensuring that every store reflects abcoffee’s brand identity, functionality, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead interior design and store design for new outlets, renovations, and expansion projects.
  • Develop concepts, layouts, mood boards, material palettes, and detailed design drawings .
  • Translate brand guidelines into scalable and functional café formats.
  • Prepare and review BOQs, working drawings, furniture layouts, elevations, and material specifications .
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, project teams, and internal stakeholders .
  • Conduct regular site visits and ensure execution is aligned with approved designs, timelines, quality, and budgets.
  • Identify cost-effective design and material solutions without compromising aesthetics or functionality.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different locations.
  • Support new store rollouts (NSO) and ensure design standards are consistently maintained.
  • Troubleshoot design and execution challenges at site and drive timely resolutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of designers, contractors, fabricators, and vendors .

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years of experience in interior design, retail, QSR, café, hospitality, or commercial projects .
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end store/interior design and execution .
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop/Illustrator and relevant design tools.
  • Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, MEP coordination, and construction detailing .
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple projects.
  • Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, functionality, and brand consistency.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits and store launches .
