The Facilities Manager, Capital Projects & Infrastructure is responsible for leading facility expansion projects, capital equipment installations, laboratory and manufacturing infrastructure upgrades, and site improvement initiatives. This role manages the planning, execution, and commissioning of capital projects while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable regulatory, safety, and quality requirements. The position leads a team of Facilities Engineers and Project Coordinators and serves as a key partner to Operations, Engineering, Quality, Validation, and Finance.
