This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable.
We are a diverse team of collaborators, doers, and problem-solvers who are relentlessly committed to a culture of safety. You will provide leadership and oversight through major test efforts and stage qualification, build, hot fire, and launch.
You will need a proven ability to develop, execute, and improve technical processes in the design and development cycle of rockets by formulating and implementing preventative and corrective actions. Ability to lead and mentor teammates in a highly collaborative environment is essential. Passion for our mission is required!
