Sr Manager - Paid Media (B2B & LinkedIn Ads)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Paid Media to lead B2B paid media strategy and execution for our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience planning and executing campaigns for B2B and SaaS businesses , with strong expertise in LinkedIn Ads and Account-Based Marketing (ABM ).

This role combines strategic thinking, campaign execution, team leadership, and client management. The candidate will be responsible for translating business objectives into effective paid media strategies and driving campaigns from planning to execution and optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

• •Strategize and develop B2B paid media strategies aligned with client business and marketing objectives.
• •Lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution across LinkedIn Ads and other relevant paid media platforms.
• •Plan and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, including audience identification, segmentation, targeting, and campaign optimization.
• •Manage campaigns for B2B and SaaS clients across domestic and international markets.
• •Analyse campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• •Own media planning, budget allocation, pacing, and optimization to improve campaign efficiency and performance.
• •Lead client communication, strategy discussions, performance reviews, and reporting presentations.
• •Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into effective paid media strategies.
• •Guide and mentor team members while ensuring quality and consistency across campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
• •Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and deliverables.

Requirements

• •4+ years of experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, or a related field.
• •Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads , particularly for B2B/SaaS clients and campaigns.
• •Experience planning and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
• •Experience working with B2B and/or SaaS clients .
• •Strong understanding of B2B audience targeting, segmentation, campaign objectives, and paid media strategy.
• •Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads is preferred, but LinkedIn Ads and B2B campaign expertise are the primary requirements.
• •Excellent client communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• •Experience in team management, mentoring, or leading campaign delivery.
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
