JOB OVERVIEW:

This position, reporting to the Director, Enterprise Pricing Strategy, is responsible for leading and project managing the implementation of Henry Schein's modern pricing platform (MPP) and driving execution of the broader enterprise pricing transformation. The role converts the enterprise pricing vision and roadmap into coordinated plans, architecture decisions, business requirements, and delivery outcomes across Pricing, Sales, Finance, Product, Enterprise Operations, and Technology.

The Senior Manager will serve as a key project manager and integration leader across the MPP ecosystem, ensuring that data design, data architecture, master data, and interfaces with adjacent platforms, including Vistex Chargebacks, Vistex Rebates, and Databricks, are scalable, controlled, and designed to operate seamlessly. The role will partner with MPP product owners to prioritize enhancements and releases based on business value, risk, dependencies, adoption needs, and implementation capacity.

This position will also lead core transformation disciplines, including governance, change management, training, testing, readiness, adoption, and value realization. Working closely with the Henry Schein lead transformation TSM, the role will maintain enterprise-wide visibility to milestones, dependencies, decisions, risks, and outcomes. The position is expected to build broad enterprise pricing, technology, and leadership capability and assume increasing responsibility as the pricing function evolves.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own hands-on configuration and build oversight for the MPP platform, translating approved designs into working pricing rules, workflows, and system logic in partnership with the SI
  • Own project management of the MPP implementation, leading integrated planning and day-to-day execution and translating strategy into an actionable roadmap with clear milestones, owners, dependencies, resources, and success measures
  • Govern business data and solution architecture decisions for the pricing ecosystem, including:
  • Defining business data requirements, canonical data models, master-data ownership, data quality standards, lineage, controls, and reconciliation needs
  • Translating business processes into scalable integration requirements across MPP, Vistex Chargebacks, Vistex Rebates, Databricks, ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and downstream reporting platforms
  • Partnering with Technology, Data, Security, and vendor teams to ensure interfaces, data flows, access controls, performance, and support models meet enterprise requirements
  • Support MPP product owners in managing and prioritizing the enhancement backlog and release plan using business value, customer and TSM impact, risk, control requirements, architectural dependencies, and delivery effort
  • Lead future-state process and operating-model design, including roles, decision rights, approval workflows, governance, service levels, controls, and ownership across Pricing and adjacent functions
  • Coordinate business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, data migration and validation, end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, release readiness, hypercare, and transition to steady-state support
  • Lead organizational change management, stakeholder impact assessments, communications, engagement, and readiness activities to drive understanding, adoption, and sustained behavior change
  • Design and execute role-based training and enablement, including curricula, job aids, train-the-trainer programs, super-user networks, office hours, and post-launch reinforcement
  • Partner closely with the lead transformation TSM to maintain enterprise visibility, align cross-program dependencies, and provide clear executive-level reporting on roadmap progress, decisions, risks, readiness, adoption, and value
  • Establish disciplined program governance and delivery controls, including:
  • Maintaining integrated plans, risk/assumption/issue/dependency logs, decision logs, dependency maps, change controls, and readiness criteria; proactively escalating issues with recommended actions
  • Managing system integrator and vendor performance, deliverables, resources, budget, scope, and quality in partnership with Procurement, Finance, Technology, and program leadership, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day SI issue resolution and escalation
  • Facilitating design forums and governance decisions, documenting outcomes and accountable owners, and ensuring timely follow-through across workstreams
  • Define and track delivery, adoption, service, data-quality, and financial-value KPIs, including the MPP business case (cost, benefit realization, and ROI); partner with Finance and business leaders to validate benefits and drive continuous improvement
  • Build reusable pricing transformation capabilities, documentation, standards, and talent; coach team members and progressively assume broader ownership for enterprise pricing strategy, architecture, governance, and platform performance
  • Own the post-launch enhancement roadmap and continuous improvement cadence for MPP, prioritizing future releases based on adoption feedback, value realization, and evolving business needs
