Sr Oracle SCM Functional Architect (Offshore)1 Key Responsibilities:

• •10+ years of relevant experience implementing and supporting Oracle SCM applications.
• •Experience with majority of the following processes and modules required:
• •Logistics: Inventory, Warehouse Management, Costing, VMI and Consigned inventory
• •Procure to Pay: Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal
• •Order to Cash: Order Management, Pricing, Scheduling, Global Order Promising, Reverse Logistics
• •Plan to Build: Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, PLM, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP
• •Minimum 3 full cycle ERP implementations
• •Must have demonstrated ability to design and develop business solutions in ERP
• •Must be able to work independently with client users and senior management
• •Ability to drive industry best practice based standard feature adoption by the users
• •Ability to work in a complex global ERP footprint with a strong background on problem solving, Change management and documentation.
• •Current Oracle certification
• •Lead and participate in full lifecycle implementations of Oracle SCM modules (design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support)
• •Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely resolutions
• •Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• •Configure and customize Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Pricing, and Logistics
• •Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors
• •Perform system integrations with other enterprise applications
• •Support data migration, interfaces, and reporting requirements
• •Drive process improvements and recommend best practices
• •Mentor junior team members and provide functional guidance
• •Ensure documentation of business processes, configurations, and solutions
• •Experience in at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations
• •Strong knowledge of business processes in supply chain domains
• •Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
