Sr. Performance Marketing Executive

About the Role -

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Sr. Performance Marketing Executive to help scale our paid marketing efforts. You will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns aimed at driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities -

• •Assist in strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• •Monitor key metrics (CPI, CPA, CTR, ROAS) and recommend actionable improvements.
• •Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
• •Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to boost campaign performance.
• •Manage allocated ad budgets to maximize ROI and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• •Prepare and present weekly/monthly campaign performance reports with data-driven insights.
• •Work closely with BI team to get granular data understanding for further improving campaign approach
• •Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, content, design, sales) to ensure cohesive marketing execution.
• •Hands on experience on app marketing, app installs for iOS and Android.

Required Skills & Qualifications -

• •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• •2–4 years of experience in performance marketing with proven ROI delivery.
• •Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
• •Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
• •Familiarity with CRO, retargeting, and funnel optimization strategies.
• •Ability to steer the team in a new direction depending on the requirements
• •Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking abilities.
