ob Title : Senior Product Manager

Responsibilit y:

• •Deep dive stakeholders (incl. scientific leader, clinical HCP, online HCPs) insights through multiple channels
• •Develop scientific leader engagement plan and cultivate advocators, including speaker development & national campaign execution.
• •Develop clinical department development strategic & executive plan with clear objective & KPIs setting, and drive execution excellence, incl. HCP peer to peer education events
• •Develop celebrity HCPs on disease education
• •Customer engagement on core clinical department

Qualification/Requirements

• •6+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry
• •4+ years’ hands-on experience in central marketing
• •New department development experience preferred
• •National Innovation Program management experience preferred
• •Bachelor’s degree or above, medicine or pharmaceutical background preferred
• •Advanced level of stakeholder engagement, problem solving and productive communication
