Your Impact
As the In-Market Product Manager for LATAM & Puerto Rico, you will be the voice of regional customers and end users within Axon’s global Product organisation. You will lead product discovery and help shape the strategy, roadmap and delivery of software-led solutions across the region, with a particular focus on our Digital Evidence Management platform and connected device ecosystem.
This is an end-to-end Product Management role. You will build a deep understanding of the public-safety environments, user workflows and customer needs across LATAM and Puerto Rico; identify and validate the highest-impact problems to solve; and partner with global Product, Design and Engineering teams through discovery, delivery, launch, adoption and iteration.
You will combine strong product-management expertise with regional market insight, ensuring Axon’s cloud software and connected products deliver intuitive, valuable and scalable experiences for public-safety agencies and their end users.
- Location: Remote, based in Puerto Rico
- Reporting to: Senior Director, International Product Management
- Travel: Approximately 35% across LATAM, Puerto Rico and internationally, as required
What You’ll Do
Own customer and user discovery: Develop a deep understanding of public-safety agencies, administrators and frontline users across LATAM and Puerto Rico. Conduct customer conversations, workflow observation and Voice of Customer research to identify, validate and prioritise meaningful problems.
Champion user-centred product development: Represent the needs of end users throughout the product lifecycle. Ensure product decisions are grounded in customer insight, operational realities, usability and desired outcomes.
Shape regional product strategy and roadmaps: Partner with global Product leadership to identify opportunities, prioritise initiatives and influence roadmaps for Axon’s SaaS, cloud and connected-product portfolio across LATAM and Puerto Rico.
Translate insight into clear product direction: Turn customer needs, regional requirements and local constraints into well-defined problem statements, product briefs, user stories, requirements and prioritised initiatives for Product, Design and Engineering teams.
Lead end-to-end product delivery: Support localised features and product iterations from discovery and validation through definition, development, launch, measurement and continuous improvement. Monitor adoption, user feedback and product performance to inform future investment decisions.
Represent regional requirements globally: Bring the realities of LATAM and Puerto Rico into global product planning, including differences in infrastructure, connectivity, procurement models, regulations, language and operational practices.
Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, Engineers, Sales, Customer Success, Legal and other stakeholders to balance user needs, commercial priorities, technical feasibility and product strategy.
Bridge Sales and Product: Bring structure and clarity to fast-moving, multi-country opportunities. Help ensure customer commitments, product positioning and proposed solutions align with Axon’s roadmap and delivery capability.
Support tender and procurement success: Engage early in regional tenders, RFPs and procurement processes. Shape requirements, provide product expertise and support proposal strategy for high-impact opportunities.
Drive product adoption and value realisation: Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support successful product launches, customer enablement and long-term adoption across the region.
Champion Axon’s ecosystem: Articulate how Axon’s connected, cloud-first ecosystem—from body-worn cameras and devices to Digital Evidence Management software—can improve public-safety outcomes.

Demonstrable experience owning or contributing to the full end-to-end product lifecycle: customer discovery, problem definition, prioritisation, delivery, launch, adoption measurement and ongoing iteration.
Experience building, launching and scaling digital software products or features, ideally from early discovery or 0-to-1 development through to market adoption.
Proven experience working directly with customers and end users, translating field insight and operational workflows into clear product outcomes.
Experience partnering closely with Engineering and Product Design teams in an agile product-development environment.
Ability to define product requirements, product briefs, user stories and prioritised backlogs that enable distributed teams to build valuable, scalable solutions.
Experience engaging senior stakeholders in complex, cross-functional and international environments.
Experience supporting enterprise sales opportunities, tenders, RFPs or procurement processes is highly desirable.
Experience across both software and connected hardware products is beneficial. Familiarity with SaaS, cloud, IoT, mobile or device-management ecosystems is strongly preferred.
