the posting
As a Sr. Product Manager, Perioperative and Procedural Solutions , you will lead the continued success of IMO Health's perioperative solutions while defining and executing the company's strategy to expand into adjacent procedure-focused service lines. Leveraging IMO Health's clinical knowledge, terminology, and governance capabilities, you will identify opportunities across surgical services, cardiovascular services, catheterization labs, electrophysiology, and other procedural areas that share common scheduling, ordering, documentation, and reimbursement workflows. These solutions help health systems improve workflow efficiency, charge capture, reimbursement, operational performance, and clinical outcomes. As the voice of the customer and market, you will translate evolving healthcare needs into innovative solutions that deliver measurable business value.
The ideal candidate combines healthcare domain expertise, product management experience, and deep knowledge of Epic procedural workflows. This individual understands how procedures are ordered, scheduled, documented, and governed across perioperative and other procedure-focused service lines, and can translate that expertise into innovative solutions that improve workflow efficiency, data quality, reimbursement, and clinical outcomes.
