Prime Video is a first-stop entertainment destination offering customers a vast collection of premium programming in one app available across thousands of devices. Prime members can customize their viewing experience and find their favorite movies, series, documentaries, and live sports – including Amazon MGM Studios-produced series and movies; licensed fan favorites; and programming from Prime Video add-on subscriptions. All customers can rent or buy titles via the Prime Video Store, and can enjoy even more content for free with ads.

Are you interested in shaping the future of entertainment and making it accessible to every customer, in every language? Prime Video's supply chain teams are creating a best-in-class digital video experience. You'll own programs that are fast-paced, challenging, and highly visible across the organization. You'll experiment with new possibilities, take smart risks, and collaborate with remarkable people.

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead our Accessibility and Localization programs within the Media Digital Supply Chain. This role owns the end-to-end strategy and execution for how Prime Video delivers accessible and localized content — including subtitles, dubbing, audio description, sign language, closed captions, and forced narratives — at global scale. You will serve as the senior point of contact between Prime Video and our localization and accessibility vendor network, driving operational excellence, defining multi-year roadmaps, and influencing product and technology investment to raise the bar for accessibility and localization quality across the catalog.

This individual will shape the direction of our digital supply chain architecture for accessibility and localization, operating with significant autonomy in an ambiguous space. You will set strategy, build mechanisms, and align senior stakeholders across content, product, technology, and operations. The successful candidate should have deep familiarity with Movie and TV content digital delivery standards, localization and accessibility specifications, and regulatory requirements (e.g., accessibility mandates across regions), along with the ability to acquire new technology concepts quickly.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Vendor & Partner Program Leadership: Lead the localization and accessibility vendor and posthouse network — defining performance standards, auditing steady-state delivery metrics, resolving escalations, and maximizing impact for both Prime Video and partners.

Product & Technology Influence: Partner with product and engineering to translate accessibility and localization requirements into platform capabilities, prioritizing investments and influencing roadmaps across org boundaries.

Spec & Feature Adoption: Drive full understanding, compliance, and adoption of Prime Video technical specifications and accessibility/localization requirements across the vendor network through scalable mechanisms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Risk Management: Prioritize competing initiatives and allocate resources effectively, proactively identifying risks and opportunities and staying ahead of industry and regulatory trends.

Operational Excellence: Build and improve mechanisms that scale accessibility and localization delivery while driving down cost, cycle time, and defects.

Basic qualifications

  • - Experience in project/program management, supply chain, and/or inventory management
  • - Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • - Experience working with data and leveraging analytics to make decisions
  • - Experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
  • - Experience managing service providers and vendors
  • - Direct experience with localization (subtitling, dubbing) and/or accessibility (sign language, audio description, closed captioning) workflows and specifications
  • - Proven experience in media, entertainment, or digital content industries

Preferred qualifications

  • - Knowledge of deliverables and technical specs for streaming assets
  • - Knowledge of digital file and folder management systems, marketing workflow tools, DAM, and Localization systems
  • - Experience in driving process and tool improvements
  • - Experience managing external vendors, distributors, partners or learning providers
  • - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
  • - Knowledge of accessibility regulations and standards across global markets
