Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology and business transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving projects from initiation through completion, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing executive stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of strategic programs within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

The profile is aligned with project leadership, governance, stakeholder management, and risk management capabilities highlighted in internal project management materials and delivery profiles.

• Key Responsibilitie s
• -Lead technology and business transformation projects from planning through execution and closure.
• -Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• -Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• -Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, including mitigation and escalation plans.
• -Prepare and present executive-level status reports and project updates.
• -Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and project working sessions.
• -Ensure compliance with organizational methodologies, governance standards, and quality requirements.
• -Monitor project performance and drive corrective actions when necessary.
• -Manage resource allocation, project budgets, and delivery commitments.
• -Foster collaboration and alignment across business and technology teams.

• Experience
• -5+ years of project management experience.
• -Proven experience leading large-scale technology, digital transformation, or business change initiatives.
• -Strong track record of managing diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• -Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• -Demonstrated expertise in project planning, governance, risk management, and delivery execution.
• -Experience within financial services, banking, or highly regulated industries is highly desirable.

• Technical Skill s
• -Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft (Project, Excel, Power Point), or similar project management tools.
• -Experience managing project financials, budgets, and resource planning.
• -Ability to develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting.
• -Knowledge of vendor management and distributed team coordination.
• -Conduct weekly status sessions with C-Levels.
