Sr Quality Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• •Develop, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
• •Lead quality system tools: Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, MSA
• •Lead CAPA processes and ensure timely closure
• •Support ISO and third-party certification activities
• •Support PPAP and First Article Inspection (FAI)
• •Develop inspection and testing standards
• •Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions
• •Support supplier quality and performance monitoring
• •Analyze quality metrics and drive improvements
• •Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and operations
• •Travel to customer and supplier sites as needed
• •Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• •2–3 years of manufacturing or quality experience
• •Strong root cause and problem-solving skills
• •Ability to read engineering drawings
• •Strong data analysis skills
• •Effective communication skills
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• •Experience in assembly or machining environments
• •ISO 9001 / AITF 16949 certification experience
• •Experience with PPAP, FAI, CAPA
• •Lean or Continuous Improvement experience
• •Supplier quality experience
• •Power BI, Minitab, or advanced analytics tools
