  • Deazy es una plataforma/marketplace de UK que conecta empresas que necesitan desarrollo de software con agencias de desarrollo en todo el mundo. Ellos consiguen el cliente, definen el proyecto y luego lo asignan a una agencia como Somnio para ejecutarlo. Básicamente son un intermediario entre el cliente final y nosotros.
  • Cómo funciona el modelo
  • Deazy factura al cliente final a su propia tarifa (en este caso están hablando de EUR 47/h, aunque todavía hay que confirmar si ese es el rate al cliente o lo que pagan al proveedor). Nosotros le facturamos a Deazy a un rate más bajo, y la diferencia es su margen.
  • Por eso la tarifa introductoria que les estamos ofreciendo es USD 45/h - USD 40/h — pensada para que Deazy tenga margen cómodo y nos priorice y abrir la cuenta
  • Si la relación funciona, Deazy nos puede asignar proyectos de forma recurrente sin que nosotros tengamos que salir a conseguirlos. Es un canal de ventas indirecto, ellos traen el cliente, nosotros entregamos.
  • El volumen potencial es importante si nos posicionamos bien con ellos.

Deazy nos conoce principalmente como agencia Flutter. El trabajo ahora es mostrarles que también somos fuertes en React Native, React, Node.js , Python y AI
