  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to define hiring strategies, success profiles, interview processes, and market positioning.
  • Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing insights on talent availability, market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring competitiveness.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance sourcing, candidate assessment, interview preparation, talent mapping, and stakeholder communication.
  • Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Utilize data and recruiting analytics to identify trends, improve hiring efficiency, and support workforce planning decisions.
  • Drive structured interviewing and assessment processes that improve hiring quality and reduce bias.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with peers to develop recruiting best practices, AI playbooks, sourcing strategies, and process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the ATS while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Influence business leaders and challenge assumptions when necessary to ensure effective hiring decisions.

What You'll Bring

  • 6 to 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting Technical, Sales, and Corporate functions.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence hiring outcomes through strong stakeholder management.
  • Experience recruiting for software engineering, product, data, cybersecurity, sales, customer success, and other business-critical roles.
  • Strong understanding of talent market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and workforce planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and advanced sourcing technologies to improve recruiting productivity and candidate quality.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing recruiting metrics and translating insights into action.
  • Expertise in candidate assessment, behavioral interviewing, and talent evaluation methodologies.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies such as Workday, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-powered sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred.

Success Measures

  • Quality of hire and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Time-to-fill and pipeline health.
  • Stakeholder partnership effectiveness.
  • Adoption and leverage of AI-enabled recruiting practices.
  • Candidate experience scores.
  • Data accuracy, reporting quality, and recruiting process excellence.
  • This role is ideal for a recruiter who combines exceptional recruiting expertise, business acumen, stakeholder influence, and AI-driven innovation to deliver outstanding hiring results and elevate the Talent Acquisition function.
