the posting

The Seller Marketing team is responsible for driving seller acquisition and activation across all categories available on the Amazon marketplace in Brazil. We own both the strategy and the execution of the marketing channels and programs that bring new sellers to Amazon and help them launch and grow once they arrive. We are looking for a results-driven marketing leader to run the full seller growth funnel, from the first touchpoint through acquisition, onboarding, and early performance.

In this role, you will own Performance Marketing (Paid Search, App), Free Search (SEO/GEO), Website and content, Partnerships and Lead Generation, and Branding campaigns. You will also lead strategic programs that shape how new sellers join Amazon and how we build their journey on the marketplace.

As a Senior Manager, you will lead a team of marketers and program managers across multiple channels. You will drive experiments, improve performance-level metrics (registrations, cost-per-launch, launches), and measure the downstream impact of marketing on seller activation, selection, and sales.

A successful candidate sees the big picture and is willing to execute quickly. The ideal candidate has a proven record of managing effective marketing campaigns (lead generation, paid search, SEO, partnerships, and brand), testing and launching new tactics, and optimizing performance against clear, measurable targets. Experience connecting top-of-funnel acquisition to downstream seller success is preferred. You will own marketing and new seller onboarding analytics reporting for all channels to the leadership team and the broader organization, partner with central marketing teams, and influence senior stakeholders.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • - Drive seller recruitment and growth through Performance Marketing, Free Search (SEO), Website, Partnerships, and Branding campaigns
  • - Develop New Seller Onboarding, a personalized, data-driven onboarding experience that gets new sellers from registration to their first sale faster
  • - Manage and develop the Brazil Seller Marketing team, setting goals, priorities, and tactics to reach them
  • - Manage the marketing budget and optimize paid campaigns for efficiency and return on investment
  • - Run an experimentation roadmap across channels and programs, and scale what works
  • - Define and report the metrics that link marketing activity to seller activation, early performance, and retention
  • - Partner with Seller Services, Product, Seller Support, and central marketing teams to deliver a consistent seller experience
  • - Report to senior leadership on plans, results, and roadblocks across channels and programs

Basic qualifications

  • - Experience managing teams
  • - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • - Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

Preferred qualifications

  • - Experience with basic HTML, website management and content management systems (CMS)
  • - Experience using SQL to pull data and metrics to deliver reports
