Job Description Summary
- The Sr Services Product Line Leader – Overwatch owns the strategy, growth, financial performance, and execution excellence of the Overwatch product line within Inspection Services. Overwatch provides specialized tooling and services supporting nuclear inspection and reactor services work. The product line serves the domestic BWR market and is expanding into PWR applications, with additional potential for international growth.
- This role leads Overwatch across its product lifecycle—from commercial and operational planning through field delivery and long-term development. The Product Line Leader aligns commercial, project, field, and engineering teams to deliver safely and reliably, meet customer and business commitments, and build the capability and capacity needed for future growth. It will also include the expansion of product offerings as it relates to market feedback on the Overwatch product.
- The role is accountable for product-line financial planning and performance, including SG&A, as well as product-line KPIs and strategic corrective actions. It also develops the team through training, subject-matter expertise, and succession planning, and works with engineering to guide longer-term product and service improvements/developments.
- Inspections work is guided by industry standards such as BWRVIP, MRP, and ASME Section XI and relies heavily on NDE (UT, VT, PT, MT), including a combination of remote and underwater visual and automated/encoded UT systems. We measure performance on four pillars: Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. This role is intended for a turnkey senior leader with strong NDE understanding and proven field/outage execution experience.
