Position details

Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale cloud-native applications based on modern AI and Agentic framework using .NET, React, AWS, PostgreSQL, AI services, and Domain-Driven Design principles. Responsible for technical strategy, team leadership, and successful project execution.

Roles and Responsibilities

• •Lead the design, and development of large-scale global enterprise applications, incorporating AI/GenAI frameworks to deliver intelligent, scalable, and business-driven solutions.
• •Build next-generation AI engineering frameworks, agents, and automation capabilities that accelerate software delivery along with building global enterprise-scale products using AI framework.

• •Participate in all phases of software engineering life cycle and troubleshoot technical problems as needed.
• •Design, develop, deploy, and maintain applications, infrastructure, and platform according to changing requirements and following established processes and procedures.
• •Lead in designing, developing, coding, and/or enhancing applications, features, infrastructure and/or application frameworks.
• •Develop secure and scalable applications using .NET and React.
• •Build RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core.
• •Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• •Test, debug, and/or oversee the testing and validation of applications to ensure that quality and functionality are in line with the requirements, as well as industry security standards and protocols.
• •Resolve production defects within defined SLA.
• •Implement Entity Framework Core repositories and services.
• •Implement CQRS, MediatR, and Clean Architecture patterns
• •Integrate with AWS services including S3, EC2, CloudWatch, and Aurora PostgreSQL
• •Configure, deploy, and support IIS-hosted applications
• •Utilize GitHub Copilot /AI tools to improve development efficiency.
• •Contribute to Specification-Driven Development practices.
• •Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors’ Degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience in the financial services or banking industry is preferred.

Minimum 8-10 years of developing at all levels of the application stack (front end/UI, middle/services, and back end/database)

2 years Hands-on experience developing enterprise-grade, global full-stack applications with expertise in AI frameworks, machine learning technologies, and the delivery of AI-enabled business applications.

3+ years Experience leading and mentoring technical teams developing and supporting modern web-based applications.

• •Experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, React, JavaScript, TypeScript and Entity Framework Core
• •Experience with Web application deployment and IIS (Internet Information services)
• •Experience implementing and maintaining RESTful APIs
• •Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
• •Experience in designing data models and structures to store various kinds of data in different formats.
• •Experience with RDBMS based databases such as PostgreSQL/ SQL Server
• •Experience in working with AWS service like EC2, S3, RDS/Aurora PostgreSQL and Load Balancer
• •Experience with monitoring systems e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace
• •Experience with agile development processes and practices (e.g., Scrum)
• •Knowledgeable in virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Virtual Box)

Knowledgeable in DevOps workflow Git, CI/CD, GitHub Copilot/AI-Assisted Software Development

• •Knowledgeable on Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• •Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals.
• •Proven ability to work on multiple deliverables simultaneously, adhere to tight deadlines and adapt to change priorities.
• •Experience in the financial services or banking industry is preferred.
• •Good communication and written skills
