Are you an experienced presales Solutions Architect with deep expertise in data, AI, and analytics? We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect who can use their strong business acumen and superior technical skills to drive data, analytics, and AI conversations with some of our largest AWS customers. They’ll work directly with cloud customers from our Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) vertical to architect savvy solutions to complex technical problems, translating business requirements into scalable architectures that are grounded in AWS best practices.

If you are excited about working with customers across industries, tackling new technical challenges, and contributing to a team that is always learning and growing, this is the place for you.
- Key job responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end analytics solutions for customers in our Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS) vertical that are secure, reliable, performant, and cost-optimized

- Drive assessments, performance optimization engagements, and architecture reviews - applying technical judgment to evaluate trade-offs in scalability, reliability, cost optimization, and operational excellence
- Provide strategic guidance to customers through 1:1 advisory sessions and 1:many enablement workshops, driving analytics service adoption and ultimately revenue growth, by contributing to go-to-market strategy and creating reusable technical content (reference architectures, best practices)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and engineering to gather customer feedback, influence analytics service roadmaps, and ensure customer requirements are translated into actionable product enhancements
- Stay current with emerging trends in Data, Analytics, and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) technologies in order to help customers innovate and maintain competitive advantage

After that, you could lead a proof-of-concept session to validate a proposed solution approach. In the afternoon, you may collaborate with internal partners to refine a reference architecture based on lessons learned from a recent engagement, then wrap up by mentoring a teammate on a complex design challenge.
