Key Responsibilities

• •Strategic Partnership : Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers across designated departments to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
• •Intake Leadership : Lead intake meetings to define role requirements, set expectations, and align on recruitment timelines and goals.
• •Sourcing Strategy Development : Design and execute innovative, cost-effective recruiting plans to attract high-quality candidates.
• •Job Posting Management : Create, publish, and optimize job postings to maximize visibility and attract diverse talent.
• •Candidate Engagement : Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and CRM tools to identify and engage passive candidates, promoting IQVIA’s mission and opportunities.
• •Screening and Evaluation : Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and alignment with role expectations.
• •Diversity and Compliance : Champion diversity hiring initiatives and ensure adherence to local and regional compliance standards.
• •Market Intelligence : Monitor industry trends and talent market dynamics to inform sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.
• •Data Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and CRM systems.
• •Team Collaboration : Partner with the broader recruitment team to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• •Analytics and Reporting : Use data and metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and continuously improve recruitment strategies.
• •Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Talent Search team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

Qualifications

• •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• •Proven experience in a Talent Search or Recruiter role, preferably in a fast-paced, global organization.
• •Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• •Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with talent acquisition trends.
• •Cultural awareness and sensitivity in a diverse hiring environment.
• •Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• •Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools.
