About the Role

Implement deal underwriting to deliver performances according to multiple objectives and ensure the entire process compliant with internal and regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• •Conduct market research on debt product issuance and investor need and feed back to sourcing underwriting staffs.
• •Assist in due diligence & feasibility studies and support drafting relevant reports.
• •Establish and maintain close relationships with investors such as insurance companies, IAMCs, banks and pension funds to promote fundraising and facilitate product initiation.
• •Monitor market evolution and regulatory requirement updates to assist in formulating issuance strategies.
• •Liaise with investors during full life-cycle of product to coordinate post-investment events.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• •Education: Master's degree and graduate from well-known domestic or oversea university.
• •Experience: At least 4-year experience of debt product issuance or sales in IAMC, Trust company, Bank or relevant financial institutions.
• •Professional Qualification: CPA/CFA/Lawyer's license preferred.
• •Strong communication, activity planning and interpersonal skills.
• •Accountable, efficient, focused, good team player and able to work under pressure.
