As a Senior Specialist of Solution Architecture, you will work as an advisor and subject matter expert to aid in the acquisition of new clients and expand relationships with existing clients in order to ensure the client partnerships are successful. Analyzes prospect and existing client businesses, provides benchmarks and best practices, delivers concrete recommendations on ways to optimize the business, and provides partnership proposals supported by business cases showing the cost benefit and value to clients and prospects. Responsible for all external-facing deliverables during the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• •Gathers and analyzes qualitative and quantitative data on an existing client or prospect’s company strategy
• •Conduct interviews with various stakeholders inside prospects and clients,
• •Conduct quantitative analyses on historical performance and opportunity data
• •Develop a presentation and/or report to effectively convey the findings
• •Present and defend the findings and recommendations to client and prospect stakeholders, again spanning multiple levels within the organization
• •Develops the internal solution, the pricing model, and a solid business case for the existing client or prospect that conveys the benefits of partnership with the client or prospect.
• •Contributes to sales meetings as a subject matter expert
• •Works cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure new engagements are set up for success in the sales cycle.
• •Responsible for continuous internal process improvement:
• •Provides feedback to internal teams as critical input in product roadmap
• •Continuously improve tools and deliverables used in solution consulting
• •Maintain cross functional communication and relationships to ensure more successful client experience

Qualifications

• •2-4 years or more experience in an advanced experience center / Professional Business Services Solutions Provider, creative customer strategies, customer experience analytics and/or design practitioner role, solutions, consulting, or equivalent.
• •Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• •Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• •Strong business acumen; Strong design thinking
• •Engaging executive presentation skills
• •Client-facing experience
• •Leading and closing projects on time
• •Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates
• •Strong leadership skills and record of working through internal and external collaboration
• •Experience and deep understanding of the Profit and Loss model
• •Experience working on or with a sales team
