Ensure robust manufacturing and quality controls for SMT, PCBA assembly, ECU/TLA builds, inspection, test, traceability, ESD control, material control, and change control.
Investigate supplier quality and launch issues, drive containment and root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
Escalate supplier risks, validation gaps, technical issues, part availability concerns, and launch blockers with clear facts, owners, timing, and recommended actions.
Travel up to 20–30% to supplier sites, Lucid manufacturing locations, and launch support activities.
