About the Team

Within TH Brand Supply – Global Supply Planning, the team’s mission is to deliver the right product at the right time in every commercial region. It works closely with commercial regions, licensed markets and offshore supply hubs to support operational efficiency, regional growth and overall business performance.

The Supply Planning organization includes offshore planning teams in Türkiye, the Indian Subcontinent and Asia, and onshore planning teams based in Amsterdam and New York. The onshore team leads end-to-end planning and global buy execution for Full Price, Outlet and LAB/Runway collections across Menswear, Womenswear, Kids, Close to Body, Footwear & Accessories, Tommy Jeans and Outlet, together with regional collaboration across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. Its wider remit includes liability management, Never Out of Stock and Best Seller Replenishment, sample management and global operations.

Offshore planning teams in the Supply Hubs negotiate supply plans directly with vendors in close partnership with the onshore planning teams. Following consolidation of regional buys into a global buy, the teams collaborate to address differences against forecast and achieve the best possible planning outcome while minimizing risk related to material commitments and Early Buys.

About the Role

Based in Türkiye, the Senior Supply Planner (Offshore) independently owns seasonal supply planning for a defined complex, higher-risk or strategically important vendor, factory, product or business portfolio supporting the NA, EMEA and APAC markets. Operating with minimal day-to-day guidance, the role translates demand, capacity and production information into executable supply plans, resolves complex or non-predictable constraints and develops decision-ready scenarios and recommendations that balance service, speed, capacity, cost and execution risk.

The role leads planning and exception-management discussions within its area of responsibility, independently manages a varied workload and aligns transparent trade-offs when capacity, timing or dependencies cannot support all demands. It translates changes in planning direction, processes or systems into practical actions, role models constructive adoption and supports less-experienced planners and partners through the transition.

This is an individual-contributor role with no formal people-management accountability. It may coordinate defined cross-functional planning or process-improvement initiatives and acts as a trusted subject-matter resource for peers and colleagues. Success is reflected in On Time Availability, on-time delivery into distribution centers, resolution of escalated supply constraints, quality of supply recommendations, reduction of recurring bottlenecks, improved lead times, reliable planning data and measurable improvements in planning execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own seasonal planning process with vendors for both NA, EMEA and APAC, achieving a high On Time Availability (EMEA & APAC), high On Time in DC (NA).
  • Collaborate with vendors to report on key production metrics like weekly production volume, factory utilization and monitor progress.
  • Negotiate with vendors based on PVH requested At Consolidator Date (ACD).
  • Diagnose complex or non-predictable bottlenecks, roadblocks and challenges using product, volume, fabric, capacity and work-in-progress data, identifying root causes and developing decision-ready risk-and-reward scenarios.
  • Lead the resolution of escalated supply constraints and production exceptions, gaining cooperation from vendors and relevant HQ, regional and cross-functional stakeholders to agree recovery actions.
  • Continuously collaborate with vendors on reducing end to end lead time
  • Create analyses to demonstrate over/under capacity utilization always contextualizing the variables in product, volume, fabric that create potential risk/reward scenarios for business.
  • Execute supply chain optimization opportunities such as speed models, postponement, advancement, expediting, consolidation, segmentation, vendor reduction.
  • Build relationships with key internal (fulfillment, sourcing, business teams) and external (regional hubs, vendors) stakeholders through formalized collaboration and partnership.
  • Contribute to defined supply-planning and process-improvement initiatives within the role’s scope, translating agreed changes into practical actions and measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate with Supply planning teams across regions to manage capacity and resolve supply constraints.
  • Provide analysis support to the team based on the business needs and achieve operational excellence.
  • Prepare supply-constraint analysis and recommended actions for the monthly Integrated Business Planning process; where additional work outside the role’s usual scope competes with existing commitments, align with the relevant decision owner on what should be re-sequenced, deprioritized or reassigned.
  • Act as a subject-matter resource for less-experienced Supply Planners and partners by sharing best practices, supporting complex analyses and helping others navigate changes in planning processes, systems or ways of working.

The ideal candidate

Experience

  • 5–7 years of relevant supply-chain experience, including experience in production planning, manufacturing, inventory management, sourcing, procurement or operations. Experience in a global, multi-channel consumer-products environment is preferred; apparel or comparable product experience is an advantage.
  • 3–5 years of experience with a leading advanced planning system (APS), preferably JDA Enterprise Planning (ESP) or Master Planning (MP).
  • Experience working in an ERP-related environment, including Fast React.

Skills

  • JDA Collaborate/ESP is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical judgment, scenario-planning and problem-solving capability, with the ability to translate complex or incomplete information into clear recommendations.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills in English, with the ability to gain cooperation from technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple levels, including senior stakeholders when required.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and composure in a fast-changing, deadline-driven environment; independently prioritizes complex work, creates clarity from incomplete or conflicting information, adapts plans and ways of working as priorities change, and aligns realistic scope, sequencing, timing or capacity trade-offs while maintaining quality and sustainable delivery.
  • Able to lead planning and exception-management discussions and guide colleagues through subject-matter expertise without formal people-management accountability.
  • Applies in-depth supply-planning knowledge, business context and relevant best practices to resolve complex or non-predictable issues, improve planning tools, templates and methods and identify root causes and recurring bottlenecks.
