Oversee the design ensuring compliance with technical specifications, regulatory requirements, and company standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• •Drive the development of engineering solutions that meet performance, cost, and schedule objectives.
• •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of design engineers to achieve their full potential and deliver high-quality results.
• •Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to encourage idea generation and creative problem-solving.
• •Conduct performance reviews, professional development planning, and succession planning for the team.
• •Manage multiple concurrent design projects, ensuring adherence to program timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless execution of programs.
• •Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project success.
• •Ensure all design activities adhere to organizational and industry standards
• •Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design processes, tools, and methodologies.
• •Set day-to-day goals and objectives of the team.
• •Explains and ensure compliance to policies, practices and procedures
