You will serve as the connective tissue between on-air talent, production teams, and business stakeholders — ensuring our broadcast talent is positioned for success across every platform.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, marketing, social media, and content teams to maximize talent visibility and engagement across digital, linear, and emerging media platforms.
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of emerging talent — including analysts, commentators, reporters, and studio hosts — through active scouting, industry networking, and relationship development.
  • Partner with legal and business affairs on contract structures, deal terms, and compliance requirements, ensuring all talent agreements align with organizational standards and budget parameters.
  • Work closely with internal finance teams to ensure all talent payment terms, milestones, and disbursement schedules are met on time and in accordance with contractual obligations; proactively resolve any payment discrepancies or delays.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to production leadership on talent-related decisions, providing strategic recommendations on talent pairings, broadcast assignments, and on-air development opportunities.

Basic qualifications
