- Job Overview
- This role is critical for managing the enterprise AI portfolio and the operating cadence behind it as complex technical products that align with business objectives and employee needs within the organization. It involves owning the portfolio lifecycle end to end, including vision, one integrated delivery roadmap across the AI governance, platform, engineering and adoption teams, the sequencing of work that depends on other teams, technical delivery, and stakeholder collaboration with team leaders and partner organizations. The role requires integrating employee insights, market analysis, and technical feasibility to prioritize product features and improvements across teams that compete for the same people and dates. Success is measured by delivering products that meet business goals, commitments delivered on the dates leaders set, employee satisfaction, and technical performance metrics. The work impacts the organization by driving product innovation, operational efficiency, and enhancing employee experiences by keeping interdependent AI work moving as one portfolio.

Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize features, assess risks, and support decision-making processes, including the portfolio priority calls and tradeoffs that go to senior leadership
Identify execution, operational, organizational issues that impede product success, and drive improvement plans to resolve them, tracking every leadership commitment to closure and escalating before a date is missed
Manage product backlog and coordinate Agile ceremonies to maintain efficient development flow and address technical debt, at the portfolio level across teams
Lead high-urgency or high-sensitivity initiatives assigned by senior leadership, shaping the plan from an ambiguous goal, bringing in the right leaders across teams, and driving to delivery
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience
Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience
